You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Serving as a senior technical expert and team lead responsible for the oversight and management of complex, high-dollar portfolios, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and exercising independent judgment in evaluating financial, operational, and regulatory risks.; AND - Analyzing severely troubled or distressed assets or institutions, developing and recommending corrective action plans and risk-mitigation strategies, and presenting authoritative recommendations to supervisors, senior leadership or executive-level officials to address financial distress and protect the Government's interests.; AND - Developing, interpreting, and recommending policies, procedures, and strategic approaches for complex or non-standard transactions, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while balancing risk management, program objectives, and customer service.; AND - Leading and advising multidisciplinary teams or mentoring staff in the resolution of complex or unprecedented cases, providing expert guidance that informs executive decision-making and supports organizational goals. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
