We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering who will lead a team of Solution Engineers that partner closely with Account Executives to architect value-oriented solutions that tell our differentiated story to customers. This leader will work with their team, Sales Leadership, as well as cross-functional stakeholders to influence product direction by being a champion for our customers and partners. You will empower a diverse team of talented Solutions Engineers, coaching against a defined competency framework, empowering career development, and fostering an inclusive work environment. Success in this role requires proven presales leadership, strong technical aptitude, critical prioritization skills, and ability to move with urgency in the midst of ambiguity. Additionally, you must have a proven experience of strategically building and deploying AI-powered solutions that enable a broader SE organization to scale — and inspiring change. About the role: Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) Full-time Permanent Exempt Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location. United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) Zone A: $248,000 - $310,000 Zone B: $230,000 - $288,000 Zone C: $214,000 - $268,000 Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada) 236,000 - 295,000 For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
