In this role, the essential functions are: Flight Control Team (FCT) Leadership & Training Manage the FCT through all phases of training, simulation, and real-time mission execution. Define, develop, and own the FCT training plan, including curriculum, simulation campaigns, and certification standards. Serve as the certification authority for FCT qualifications, maintaining training records and tracking progress against milestones. Design and execute integrated simulation campaigns, from early partial sims through full-up integrated sims, coordinating scenario development and evaluation. Ensure the FCT is operationally ready; not only technically proficient but trained to communicate effectively, follow flight rules, and work within the broader mission team structure in alignment with NASA expectations.
