ABOUT THIS ROLE We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Workday Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of our Workday platform across all modules. This individual will serve as the enterprise owner of Workday, ensuring system stability, optimization, integrations, security, and business alignment. The ideal candidate has deep functional and technical expertise across Workday HCM, Payroll, and other Workday related modules, while also possessing strong managerial leadership and vendor management experience. This role requires close partnership with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party service providers. This is a hands-on leadership role — not purely administrative — requiring active involvement in configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and system design. This role is based out of our Utah Headquarters (preferred) and reports directly to our CIO. We may consider highly-qualified remote candidates with required regular travel. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Platform Strategy & Governance: O wn the overall strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Workday ecosystem. Provide deep expertise across: Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting & Talent, Benefits, Financials (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Assets, Projects), Procurement & SCM, Adaptive Planning, Prism / Reporting, and Security & SoD.
