Meet the team: The People Team at Latitude is a comprehensive unit supporting the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to total rewards, performance management, and specialized HR operations. We are looking for a Sr. People Operations Analyst to serve as the technical backbone of our People Technology ecosystem.&nbsp; As a subject matter expert in HR Technology, you will lead the evolution of our core platforms:&nbsp; Workday (HRIS) , Greenhouse (ATS) , and Lattice (People Success) . We are seeking a technical Workday power-user who is passionate about driving operational efficiency, scaling systems for growth, and translating complex business needs into elegant technical solutions. In this role, you won't just maintain systems; you will architect the future of Latitude’s HR technology landscape. What you’ll do:&nbsp; System Strategy &amp; Implementation: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology projects, from initial requirements gathering and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization Module Expansion: Provide technical leadership for the implementation of new HR modules and the integration of emerging tools into the existing ecosystem Lifecycle Events: Drive the technical configuration and execution of critical annual cycles, including Open Enrollment, Performance Management, and Compensation, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and administrators Process Optimization: Continuously audit and enhance current People Team workflows, identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and eliminate friction Troubleshooting &amp; Support: Serve as the primary technical lead for troubleshooting complex system issues and managing integrations, partnering closely with IT to resolve escalated access or data errors <stron
