Continuously improve performance improvement program execution to increase efficiency and results of the program and ensure effective identification, screening, analysis, resolution, implementation and measurement of performance issues. Prepare site performance data and adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, operating experience, and performance indicator data.  This position requires an advanced level of knowledge of ASME NQA-1 requirements for corrective action program. Responsibilities: Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of Performance Improvement standard operating documents (SODs), ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards across multiple departments. Expertly analyze and interpret corrective action data and performance metrics, providing detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior management. Conduct advanced analysis of performance data to identify systemic issues and trends, leveraging CAP data, self-assessments, benchmarking, operating experiences, and performance indicators to drive organizational change.
