We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. What you’ll do Provide inputs on sales incentive design. Hit or exceed team closed won quota consistently by actively managing the pipeline of accounts (equating in size to [3-4x] of the expected closed won throughput) under each of your team members in Salesforce. Identify problems across team quickly, acting to solve problems, building solutions that can last and scale to other teams. Develop strategies to optimize cross team performance. Continually monitors and analyzes pipeline and results, demonstrating strong commercial judgment with the ability to coach others in this domain. Strong people manager. Set vision, goals and operating rhythm, managing team deliverables and driving high performance outcomes. Exercise judgment, adapt plans and priorities to address team resources and operational challenges. Develop and implement best practices for managing and driving sales teams. Recommend changes and improvements to policies and processes to improve team and function performance. What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience leading high-performing outbound sales teams. Strong leadership skills to sell a unique product across multiple markets. Analytically driven sales leader. Experience working in or selling to Restaurant or Hospitality industry is a plus.
