About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Senior Web Analytics & Operations Manager to join our Web team within the PLG Revenue organization. This is a senior individual contributor role that operates at the intersection of analytics and operations, ensuring our website runs as a core growth surface and measurable revenue driver. You will own and continuously improve the foundation that makes web performance visible, reliable, and actionable. This includes strengthening our analytics and reporting ecosystem, advancing experimentation capabilities, and building scalable operational processes. You will partner cross-functionally to align business objectives with clean measurement, disciplined execution, and high standards for governance. This role requires technical depth, analytical judgment, and strong cross-functional partnership. This is a hybrid full-time position based out of our Denver office, with two days per week in-office. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. Technologies You’ll Use Google Analytics (GA4) Looker  Google Tag Manager Google Search Console Webflow Webflow Optimize (A/B experimentation) Heap Jira Excel/SQL  What You’ll Do Own the accuracy and scalability of web analytics across GA4, Heap, and downstream reporting systems. Translate funnel performance and behavioral data into clear insights and recommendation
