About the Role: We're looking for a social-media-obsessed associate to join our growing team. You'll report directly to our Influencer & Social Director and serve as a key support to our Founder & Creative Director — helping bring Lola's world to life across every platform. If you live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, have a great eye for content, and want to grow fast inside a brand you'll be genuinely proud of, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Execution Support the development and curation of daily content calendar across all of Lola Blankets' social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.) Ideate and help create engaging reels and TikToks that reflect our products and brand aesthetic Brand Voice & Consistency Support our copywriter in ensuring every post and community interaction reflects Lola's tone and personality across all platforms Help maintain brand consistency in style, quality, and voice across all social content Community & Sentiment Monitor and respond to organic comments and DMs across paid and organic channels hourly & daily in partnership with the broader Social / Influencer Team(Monday - Sunday; social never sleeps!)  Oversee responding to paid / whitelist comments across social platforms Partner with the customer care team to stay on top of community sentiment and flag trends Keep an eye on industry and competitor activity to help inform how we show up on social Analytics & Reporting Help track and compile performance metrics and campaign recaps for the Influencer & Social Director Surface insights from analytics to support ongoing content optimization You're a Great Fit If You Have: 2–3 years of experience working in social media (brand-side preferred) A genuine passion for social media — you're on the apps constantly and always know what's trending A strong visual eye and instinct for what makes content stop the scroll Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines A collaborative, startup-ready mindset — no task is too big or too small Experience supporting senior leadership or creative directors is a bonus What's in It for You: 21 days paid vacation + federal holidays Full health benefits 16 weeks paid maternity leave 55% off Lola Blankets for friends and family Real opportunity for growth — we promote from within
