You'll take on meaningful ownership from day one — driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis across GTM functions with direct exposure to senior leaders and real influence over how we invest in revenue growth. You'll operate with high independence, collaborate closely with business partners, and bring a data-driven mindset and eagerness to apply AI to how modern finance gets done. You Will Business Partnering Serve as a trusted finance partner to GTM leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing Proactively surface financial risks, opportunities, and trade-offs to business leaders Translate data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and business partners Planning & Forecasting Contribute to the annual plan and quarterly re-forecasts for GTM — headcount, opex, and quota/capacity Build models to support territory design, rep capacity, and coverage decisions Partner with GTM Operations on commission planning, pipeline, forecasts, and ARR projections Support expense forecasting and budget consolidation across the GTM organization Performance Reporting & Analysis Deliver GTM financial reporting — ARR, pipeline, productivity, headcount, and expense vs. plan Maintain dashboards that give GTM leaders real-time visibility into their business Drive variance analysis and communicate the "so what&quot
