The Role We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team at Cockroach Labs. As a strategic partner, you will closely align our talent and business objectives by directly supporting Roachers in the GTM organization. You will work closely with managers and leaders to provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice with respect to employee relations, performance management, coaching, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training, and more. You're comfortable speaking up and driving initiatives forward despite any unexpected roadblocks. You Will Partner with managers and leaders to translate business objectives into what is required from a people perspective and represent the People Team in your day-to-day work with the GTM organization. Lead HR programs and processes (performance management, annual reviews, etc.) and provide HR expertise to ensure desired objectives and outcomes are attained. Offer thought leadership by coaching and advising leaders on key people matters, including but not limited to team cohesion, individual development, and organizational design.
