This individual will develop strong business acumen across multiple teams, understand nuanced technical and cultural needs, and own the match between talent and teams from first outreach through recruiter handoff. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and technical leaders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and high‑impact hiring outcomes. This position reports to the US Head of Technology and Product Recruiting within Talent Acquisition.   Responsibilities   Build and manage proactive talent pipelines across the Technology and Product departments while developing deep business knowledge of iCapital’s diverse teams and initiatives. Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies (i.e. LinkedIn, referrals, networking, technical communities, events, and creative outreach) to attract passive, high‑caliber technical talent. Build and maintain robust, continuous candidate pipelines for technical roles across the iCapital organization. Become a subject matter expert in aligned technical domains while collaborating across the broader Talent Acquisition, Technology and Product teams to identify the best possible placement for each candidate. Conduct intake and sourcing sessions with hiring managers and technical partners to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles. Perform proactive outreach, candidate engagement, and initial screening to assess technical background, experience, motivation, and role alignment. Map target companies, talent ecosystems, and relevant technical communities to inform sourcing strategies. Leverage AI‑powered tools throughout the sourcing lifecycle, including intake preparation, outreach personalization, candidate screening, and recruiter handoff, to drive efficiency and elevate quality. Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline visibility within Greenhouse ATS, ensuring data integrity and reporting transparency. Communicate pipeline and sourcing progress, and market insights to recruiters and stakeholders through regular updates. Contribute to team‑wide sourcing best practices, AI adoption initiatives, and process improvements that continuously raise the bar for Talent Acquisition.
