Training Instructor

For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing, evaluating, and modifying training materials (course outline, course content, lesson plans, exercises, examinations, student evaluations), determining instructional approach, and providing subject-matter classroom training to others within an organization. For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector participating in the development or evaluation and modification of training materials (e.g., course outline, course content, lesson plans, exercises, examinations) and providing subject-matter classroom training to others within an organization.
