Position Summary: ParetoHealth is seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Underwriting Analytics Lead to support underwriting, pricing, and strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for transforming raw, imperfect data into actionable insights and owning the underwriting reporting ecosystem. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of data, underwriting, and strategy—balancing structured recurring work with ambiguous, high-impact analytical problem solving. You will partner cross-functionally with Underwriting, Finance, and Leadership to deliver insights that directly influence business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, is comfortable working with imperfect data, and can move quickly from question to insight. Key Responsibilities: Analytics & Insights Conduct deep-dive, diagnostic analyses to understand trends, performance drivers, and anomalies in underwriting and portfolio performance Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and clear conclusions Develop hypotheses, test them with data, and clearly communicate “why” behind outcomes Support strategic initiatives (e.g., QBRs, leadership presentations) with high-quality analysis and storytelling Dashboard & Reporting Ownership Own the development, maintenance, and evolution of underwriting dashboards and reporting tools Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of core reporting assets Proactively identify gaps in reporting and define a forward-looking dashboard strategy (what should exist, who needs access, etc.) Partner with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets business needs and drives decision-making Business Partnershi
