Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated  Urologist  to join our growing practice in Spokane, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values clinical autonomy, practice growth, and the ability to build a long-term career in a high-volume, collegial private practice setting. Clinic hours are structured to promote work-life balance, with Monday–Friday availability and shared call coverage. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient and procedural urologic care for adult men and women. Diagnose and treat a broad case mix, including BPH, kidney stones, incontinence, overactive bladder, men’s health, and urologic oncology. Perform office-based and operative procedures using state-of-the-art diagnostics and minimally invasive therapies. Collaborate with urologic oncologists and other physicians to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for each patient. Participate in shared call coverage and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certified or board eligible in Urology. Eligible for medical licensure in Washington state. Strong clinical skills in general urology and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
