Job Description We’re looking for a VP, Growth Marketing to build and scale a modern growth engine that elevates our brand while delivering measurable customer and revenue growth. You’ll own the full-funnel strategy—from brand positioning and creative direction to performance marketing and rapid experimentation (“growth hacking”) and translate insights into repeatable, scalable playbooks. You’ll lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with Product, Data, Sales/Partnerships, Creative, and Finance to grow awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV without losing the brand’s voice.
