Who are we hiring?    The Vice President Executive Search will lead full cycle recruiting for the Madison Square Garden family of companies. This role will be responsible for attracting and hiring executives at the director level and up, as well as any additional critical roles. The VP will partner with the SVP Talent on executive hiring priorities. They will be responsible for sourcing top talent, creating a pipeline of candidates for key roles in advance of position openings. When needed, the VP will lead and manage relationships with top executive search firms. The VP will engage and assess senior level candidates, acting as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process.
