You’ll walk the talk with lots of room to excel.   What you'll do: Spot cultural signals and make them actionable for one of the agency’s biggest clients Turn complicated business problems into strategies that get people talking Write briefs. Lead the thinking. Counsel the clients. Own the output. Raise the bar on process, tools, and what "good" looks like for the team Lead beyond your accounts on new business, agency innovation, mentorship What you bring: 10+ years of strategy, ideally from an agency background (advertising or PR) A deep understanding of how culture drives behavior An ability to work fast across categories without losing specificity Curiosity to peek behind corners and unlock new opportunities Storytelling that leads with evidence and lands with conviction Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines (creative, account, media, digital) What you’ll get: A team that backs bold thinking and the people behind it Visibility and growth opportunities on some of the world’s most recognizable brands A chance to shape the future of the agency   Salary Range:  $120,000 USD - $219,000 USD   Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role.
