Welder Fabricator – Warehouse Lead

Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Welder/Fabricator – Warehouse Lead to join our team. This role oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations within a metal fabrication facility, fabricates metal, and assists in managing warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Fabricate and weld metal components. Oversee daily fabrication operations, including production scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all company, industry, and OSHA safety standards. Manage maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and tooling. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational throughput and product quality. Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning. Qualifications: 3+ years of operations or production management experience, preferably within manufacturing or metal fabrication. Proven track record in optimizing production efficiency, cost control, and workflow management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and develop teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments. Proficiency with production management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Deep understanding of fabrication processes, quality control standards, and supply chain logistics. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certification is a plus. This position is based out of Longwood, FL.
