Each club is managed by volunteer Community Leaders who are experienced Hosts and Airbnb is here to connect, improve, and retain our Hosts. The Airbnb Community team is looking for an experienced  Community Engagement Lead to lead the engagement for one of our most important host segments, our Community Leaders. This role is responsible for building and managing communications channels, engagement strategy, and content to drive Community Leader satisfaction, retention, and business impact. A Typical Day:  Strategy Set a clear Community Leader engagement strategy and initiatives, and establish measurable goals that optimize for impact on Leaders and other critical host groups Develop and maintain key communication channels to engage and recognize our key host segments, including Community Leader Summits, Leader hub, Toolkits, office hours, AMAs.  Develop new programs and initiatives to empower Leaders and foster host-host connection Operations Drive and own editorial calendar for all communications impacting Community Leaders at global and local level, leveraging this to drive strategic communications  Own and develop the playbooks, guidelines, and resources to reduce operational burden off Community Managers in field across Community Leader summits and toolkits.  Create financial and operational efficiencies across all engagement initiatives and programs, including owning and managing the events budget Measurement & Stakeholder Management Define and measure engagement success across all engagement channels and initiatives regionally and globally.  Analyze and report on Global Leader Community to inform broader strategy. Establish scalable mechanisms to gather feedback from Community Leaders regularly to improve and iterate on the program. &lt
