If you want to be challenged to up your game and make a difference, then join us in giving the world reason to cheer!   Job Summary The Creative Marketing Design Specialist is a unique, integrated role: embedded with the Global Partnerships team at T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas while also serving as a member of the Los Angeles based Creative team. This position acts as a key partner to Sales, Activation, Premium, Events, and Performance Optimization, translating partnership strategies into high-impact, on-brand creative assets. This role is responsible for managing multiple moderately complex projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and branding standards. With a strong focus on collaboration, the Creative Marketing Design Specialist works seamlessly across departments to deliver innovative and high quality materials that drive partnership value and business objectives. Essential Functions Designs compelling sales and marketing presentations using tools such Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier), Figma (Design, Slides, Buzz), PowerPoint and Ceros for all AEG business units. Collaborates closely with Sales and Activation teams to understand strategic partnership goals and translate them into visually engaging materials. Determines content needs by gathering, organizing, and presenting information in a clear and concise manner, while ensuring the design aligns with AEG and Global Partnerships (GP) brand standards. Leads and follows best practices in the proposal development process, ensuring timely and effective execution of innovative sales materials that support Global Partnerships’ business objectives. Supports brand-building initiatives by developing and maintaining branded templates, graphics, and design elements used across all GP marketing and sales platforms. Partners with the Data Analytics team to brainstorm, design, and deliver custom charts, graphs, and data visualizations that enhance storytelling within proposals and presentations. Participates in bi-weekly Global Partnerships Creative Team meetings and collaborates with creative teams across AEG’s divisions to share and present new design concepts, ensuring alignment with AEG-wide creative standards and sharing best practices. Manages the Global Partnerships asset library—including sales, activation, and internal resources—by regularly updating and organizing assets, maintaining version control, and ensuring accessibility for internal and external use. Provides training and ongoing support to Sales and Activation teams on how to effectively use these materials. Proactively updates collateral to reflect changes
