This role is pivotal in driving customer success by providing technical leadership and strategy in solving complex customer challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution engineering, customer engagement, and team leadership.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and scale the North American Solution Engineering team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric problem solving.</li> <li>Strategic Engagement: Work closely with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. Ensure the Solution Engineering team is aligned with sales goals and objectives.</li> <li>Solution Design and Implementation: Oversee the technical aspects of customer engagements, including solution design, implementation strategies, and technical validation. Ensure solutions meet customer needs and align with Twilio Segment’s capabilities.</li> <li>Customer Advocacy: Serve as a senior technical advisor and advocate for customers within Twilio Segment. Understand customer needs and market trends to influence product development and roadmap.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and to drive product enhancements.</li> <li>Technical Excellence: Maintain deep technical and product knowledge of the Twilio Segment platform and the broader technology landscape.
