Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team, working directly with the Director of Project Management, serving as the central point of accountability for execution performance for multiple projects in a region, delivering ThermalWorks’ high-efficiency cooling systems for data centers. The Project Manager needs to be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate will understand the unique challenges of mission-critical environments, be organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while knowing how to navigate complex stakeholder environments for highly technical design and construction projects, enforce high standards, drive effective execution, and build respect through competence, presence, and consistent leadership. Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery, from pre-construction planning to turnover, with a strong focus on schedule discipline, budget adherence, safety, and quality standards. Build strong working relationships with engineering, commissioning, service, and manufacturing teams to maintain cross-functional alignment and solve technical problems. Communicate with senior management, clients, and regulatory agencies. Enforce adherence to company processes, startup requirements, and commissioning readiness. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure optimal performance, safety, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations. Prepare and submit project plans and budgets. Maintain cost control and be fully accountable for project financial performance. Ensure alignment between field conditions and design intent, leveraging your understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems. 25% travel required. Skills & Requirements Education / Experience Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 5+ years of project leadership experience, with 3+ years in mission-critical infrastructure or data center delivery environments.&
