CTC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team as a core member driving recruiting execution across campus and lateral hiring. This role is embedded in the day-to-day of our recruiting operation — partnering directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to move searches forward with precision and professionalism.
