1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YouGotJobs.com ("the Service"), operated by Nexus Digital Marketing Services LLC ("we," "us," or "the Company"), located at 136 S. Main St. STE 400, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YouGotJobs is an AI-powered job search platform that aggregates job listings from third-party sources, provides AI-driven match scoring, resume tailoring, cover letter generation, and application tracking tools. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Job listings are sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to change, removal, or inaccuracy without notice.

YouGotJobs does not submit job applications on your behalf and does not access any third-party platform accounts. Our AI Application Toolkit generates tailored resumes, cover letters, and supporting materials for specific job listings. You submit all applications independently using the materials we generate.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Basic Plan: Free forever. Limited to 5 job sources, 10 matches per week, and 25 application tracker slots.

Pro Plan ($29/month or $228/year): Includes a 7-day free trial upon initial signup for regular users. Students who sign up with a valid .edu email address receive 30 days of Pro access at no cost. Your plan reverts to Basic (free) unless you choose to upgrade. If you provide a payment method, it will be charged only upon your explicit upgrade. Includes 12 job sources, 200 AI matches per month, 100 resume tailorings, 100 AI cover letters, 25 AI application toolkits per day, and salary intelligence.

Business Plan ($49/month or $468/year): Includes a 7-day free trial. Includes all 46 job sources, 500 AI matches per month, 250 resume tailorings, 250 AI cover letters, 75 AI application toolkits per day, AI Career Coach, company profiles, and priority email support.

Executive Plan ($79/month or $708/year): Includes everything in Business plus unlimited AI matches, unlimited resume tailoring, unlimited cover letters, unlimited AI application toolkits, AI interview preparation, salary negotiation toolkit, executive company intel, priority support with less than 4-hour response time, and a dedicated account manager with AI Career Coach.

Definition: "AI Application Toolkit" means AI-generated resume tailoring, cover letter, interview preparation, and supporting application materials for a specific job listing. The user reviews, edits, and submits all applications independently. YouGotJobs does not submit applications on behalf of users.

All paid plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

If you are charged after a free trial and did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the charge by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds beyond this window are issued at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems; (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (e) use the AI Application Toolkit to generate materials for jobs you are not genuinely interested in; (f) resell or redistribute access to the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resume tailoring suggestions, cover letters, match scores, and career coaching responses. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited by you before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to employers.

8. Third-Party Job Listings

Job listings displayed on the Service are sourced from government job boards, direct employer career pages, authorized job data aggregators, and public RSS feeds. We do not control, verify, or endorse any job listing or employer. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions, salary information, company claims, or hiring outcomes. Application to any job is at your own risk. YouGotJobs does not access, store, or request your credentials for any third-party platform.

9. Data Sources

Job listings are aggregated from publicly available sources including: government employment databases, direct employer career pages, authorized job data feed providers, and public RSS/API feeds. Our AI quality agents continuously screen for freshness signals, deduplicate listings, and remove expired, incomplete, or fraudulent listings when detected. Active job counts fluctuate in real time as new listings are added and stale listings are removed.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the property of Nexus Digital Marketing Services LLC. Your resume content and personal data remain your property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Digital Marketing Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of employment opportunities, inaccurate AI recommendations, third-party job listing errors, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Digital Marketing Services LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
